Urgent support/advise needed regarding to the Matrimonial issues

My wife has displayed manipulative behavior, often resorting to fights if her wishes are not fulfilled. Over the past 6 years, I have endured physical and mental suffering due to her aggression and violence, particularly towards our child. There have been instances where she has left our home, only to return with her family members to forcibly take away belongings, including gold given to her during our marriage.Now, her family is resorting to threats and saying they wil file a case.

Dear Sir, Before they file any case you may file Divorce case making all the allegations and if she files any case against you can show the copy of Divorce case as defence. If you want child then you have to file separate Child Custody case. In my view it is better to leave the child to reside with your wife only.

Initiate a divorce petition putting forth all these allegations. Once a divorce case is filed, any action/complaint filed by her will look as a counter blast and the same will not have same effect as her approaching the police / court before the divorce proceedings. If the child is in your custody then file a case for custody of the child as well in order to protect the child from being taken away from you illegally.
