under which section to apply review of MM court interim order DV case

MM patiala court ordered interim maintenance of 25000rs in DV case i want to any or review in same court. can i apply for review in same court ? if yes user which section ?

an appeal under section 29 can we filed against the order of a magistrate made under section 12 of the protection of women from domestic violence act. this appeal has to be filed within 30 days of the order of the magistrate.

See in case an interim maintenance has been passed granted against you by the Mahila Court and you are aggrieved by the Said order you have an option to assail that order in an appeal under section 2 9 of the DV Act with in 30 days from the date of order.
