Under age marriage and facing threats

I'm a 18 year old girl, and my husband's 19 , we're both Hindu and due to some circumstances we got married in a temple. His family is against our marriage and threatens us to kill us or get legal actions and get us apart. Please suggest what action should I take?

threats to kill you, your immediate safety should be the priority. Preserve all threatening messages, recordings and other evidence and approach the local police immediately for protection and appropriate legal action. If the threats are continuing, a written complaint should be submitted to the concerned police authorities. You should also consult a local family/criminal lawyer with the marriage documents and age proofs before taking further steps.

You should file infomatory petition against them who illigaly threaten. both should be major accondence law. major parties have right to choose his partener major accondence law. major parties have right to choose his partener

Keep evidence of threats (messages, calls, witnesses) for the complaint. File an Informatory Petition before the Magistrate for the same stating that the events happening, if anything happens to any of you the Court will no where to start. File a written police complaint immediately at the local police station about the threats to life, citing Section 351/352 BNS (criminal intimidation) or relevant IPC/BNS provision.

firstly file an informatry petition before the civil court and then file a police complaint regarding threat of killing and if police is not taking any action file a complaint case under section 223 of BNSS
