I'm a 18 year old girl, and my husband's 19 , we're both Hindu and due to some circumstances we got married in a temple. His family is against our marriage and threatens us to kill us or get legal actions and get us apart. Please suggest what action should I take?

Q: Mutual Divorce and Newborn Child Custody/Adoption Query

I got married in October 2025 and I am currently pregnant (delivery expected in July 2026). Due to mutual differences, both my husband and I are ready for a mutual consent divorce.I have a few legal questions:1. Can we file mutual divorce before completion of 1 year of marriage or is there any exception in such cases?2. After delivery, if my husband wants to take custody of the newborn and I also agree, how much time will the baby legally remain with the mother considering breastfeeding needs?3. If both parents do not wish to keep the child, what is the legal process to surrender the baby through CARA? When should I start the process – before or after delivery?4. Q: Torture to parents related to property aquisition.

My paternal uncle, Aunt and cousin brother torture my parents and me frequently. They do unnecessary fights and tries to acquire the ancestral property forcefully. I thought they can harm us so badly in future. Please let me know if I can make any legal paper in anticipation.
