I got married in October 2025 and I am currently pregnant (delivery expected in July 2026). Due to mutual differences, both my husband and I are ready for a mutual consent divorce.I have a few legal questions:1. Can we file mutual divorce before completion of 1 year of marriage or is there any exception in such cases?2. After delivery, if my husband wants to take custody of the newborn and I also agree, how much time will the baby legally remain with the mother considering breastfeeding needs?3.
