Uncontested divorce as we both are on a same stand to divide

Sir/madam we have been married 2 years and have no children. I am Hindu. We both want to divorce. And no alimony is needed.I want to know the procedure for further step.

hello client if you want want to get separated mutually then you have to file a mutual consult I was in the court stating that you both agree to each other and you want to be separated mutually you don't to give allimony nor she is interested in it

hi 1) both the husband and wife should approach the family court and file a mutual consent divorce petition. 2) pre condition for filing a mutual consent petition is that both parties should have been living separately for a year prior to filing of case. 3) the court on the first day of hearing will refer both parties to district legal services counselling. 4) In the counselling both parties should reiterate their stand for divorce. 5) in the second date of hearing(which will be 6 months after date of hearing) , the court will grant mutual consent divorce
