Unclear about the intention of husband

Please advise: 1. Initially Husband lied about his job, property, investments etc before marriage. Later discovered under huge debt. Harassing us for property share and money. Hiding away from Lenders. Maintained a good lifestyle on loans. His family, even the close relatives severed their ties with husband to escape answering to my family. How to get the frauds to speak truth? 2. Sister in law , actively involved in husband's fraud residing abroad. How can I get to her? 3. Husband spent a night in a lockup following a DV complaint. Left the house and gave us notice to vacate which we did. Refused to pay bills and due school fee of child. Locked us out. While kept sending sympathetic mails to me. We returned to my hometown and then husband filed restitution. Was called for mediation at police station, agreed for mutual divorce then after drafting went absconding. We had to extract his address. Negotiated divorce with my family and calling me back. What is his lawyer getting at?
in that case you can file the contested divorce and you can also attach the order of the mediation. this will help you in the contested divorce. is any amount decided by you that he will pay you alimony. may be he don't want to pay that money. or may be he actually wants to reside with you

I think every legal remedy u availed,still ur husband is not ready for anything not even divorce.as u described above about ur husband he seems to like a fraud man,that kind of persons r not faithfull but still what kind of legal remedy u want from me.where do u resides.

If he's not cooperating for divorce by mutual consent, you file for divorce against him on the ground of cruelty. You can seek maintenance for self and children from him, but if he's himself bankrupt, living life on loans taken by fraud, how you expect anything from him. The ex-parte divorce will come to you if he doesn't turn up for defending it. The address of the husband , even not know, you can use his last known address with you and followed by substituted service of notice to him through newspaper publication can complete the service process of sending him court summon.
