Uncertainty in terms of relationship

05-Mar-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Met a girl and we went out on few dates and eventually I wanted to marry her. She wanted to do courtship which I agreed to. In meanwhile we also met and stayed together at a place decided by her. Now she has not been in touch with from a really long time and I haven't texted her back again. I plan to move ahead in my career and it's been a hard time for me. Should I accept this as a rejection or should I be worried if she can file a criminal case against me for making a pretext of marriage?

If the connection and communication between you and your girlfriend is missing since a long time, then there should not be any issue as such. However the reason of separation needs to be known to understand or anticipate her future actions against you. Feel free to contact. Thanks

It's essential to prioritize open communication when considering the path forward in a relationship. Taking the time to talk things through with her before making any decisions is crucial. By discussing your thoughts and feelings openly, you can ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of where things stand, thus avoiding any misunderstandings or assumptions. Moreover, it's wise to handle such conversations with care and empathy, acknowledging each other's perspectives and feelings. This approach fosters mutual respect and understanding, which is essential for healthy communication. Additionally, keeping records of your conversations, such as saving text messages and call recordings, can serve as a precautionary measure in case of any future misunderstandings or disputes. While it's important to hope for the best, it's also prudent to prepare for any potential challenges. Ultimately, approaching the situation with honesty, transparency, and empathy can help facilitate a constructive dialogue and pave the way for a smoother transition, whether that involves moving forward together or separately. Wishing you all the best in navigating this delicate situation.
