Unble to meet child due to covid cases

Hi,
I need best advice for my 5 years old son visiting rights I am unable meet or talk more than one year so please suggest how I can get the equal opportunity to spend time with child...I applied application for allow atleast video conference but still pending in court.
Please review and advise.

It is shocking to note that the application is pending.
In catena of judgments from Supreme Court and high court again and again held that visiting a child is a fundamental right and needs to be considered expeditiously.
Courts are allowing visitation. If not physical, virtual for sure.
You need to press again for relief and kindly rely upon Supreme Court judgments.
