Unable to serve high court notice to my husband as he is absconding

Hi My husband has got a ex partee divorce without my knowledge on 4/4/2018.and I have got a stay on the same on 24/04/2018 from high court Now my husband is absconding and is not receiving the notice from high court... How can I serve him notice

Hi...mam if summons is not served it will be reissed by the court. And u can serve summons to his parental house and if any family member of him receiving the summons it is also enough if they refuse to receive it's also deemed service under law.

Madam,
There is alternative mode to do the service of the notice in Code of Civil Procedure. Here you can seek permission from the Hon'ble Court to serve the notice by filing a necessary application.

Here on the said application court may order

Alternative mode of Service of notice is

Affixing the copy of the notice on the house of the respondent(Your husband) where he last resided.

Taking Paper Publication in any two daily news paper like kannada and English.

In case if your taken proper steps as stated above, and he remained absent there after the court will passes necessary order on the petition filed by your before Hon'ble High Court.

Madam, you have option to serve the Notice through substitute service by way of paper publication to the last known address of your husband. If you carry out the paper publication, then matter will be proceeds accordance with law.
