Travel visa for child minor....

Am a single mother of 8 years old girl. My husband files custody case for child and now am ex parte, but child still with me since after separation. Now want to apply international travel visa for minor, so can i apply in the court or court will give me the permission to take my child abroad??

Are you got in touch with your husband or whether you still talk with him if this happens then you will be settle it outside by an affidavit and NOC if you are not in touch with him then kindly issue a notice in local English Hindi newspapers and write down that I am a single mother and I want to send my child abroad and if anyone have any objection then please contact within 30 days or whatever time you You seeking thanks
