Transferring Case from Navi Mumbai to Delhi

My husband has filed for divorce at Family Court, Navi Mumbai. But, I do stay in New Delhi for the preparation of Government exams. I want my case to be transferred to Delhi. How can I do that and how much will it cost to me ?

If you wish to transfer your case from one state to another then you will have to approach the supreme court and file a transfer petition before the apex court. And you need to mention strong grounds as to why you wish your case to be tried by the Delhi jurisdiction. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

well your case of divorce is going on in mumbai...have you attended the hearing of your case over there or its yet to come. your want your case transferred from one state to another.. this xan be done by filing a petition of transfer.

You can get your case transferred to Delhi Since Delhi and Mumbai both courts come under Jurisdiction of two different high court Therefore you need to file transfer petition before supreme court For more detail please connect to me

you can file transfer petition in supreme court ,After filing a case ,the matter will be listed within 10 days before the supreme court, the case within 3 months will be transferred from Mumbai to Delhi, it is very simple process to file .

Hello, You can get the case transferred from Mumbai to Delhi as the place where the girl is living at that place girl can get the case transferred. Once we file the Transfer Petition then the case at Navi Mumbai will get stayed.
