Can we transfer our divorce case from one district court to another district court if the other party has filed the first case against us?

yes, but for that honrble high court have jurisdiction so you have to file trasfer petition then on merit your petition will be transfer

yes u can transfer the case with the valid reason..
if your reason will be proper or appropriate to the court.
you need to transfer it by transfer order from court.
You cannot get the case transferred from one district court to another as the court having jurisdiction only can conduct trial. Jurisdiction is determined based on where the crime is committed or where the complainant or accused is living.
