Dear ma'am! A transfer petition needs to be filed in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India stating grounds for your case transfer. For detailed information you may consult me. My contact details will be provided to you. Thanks!

In your case you have got two options. Either you can appoint an advocate in Delhi that will take care of your divorce case and you need not come in every date. And if you wish to transfer the case to your hometown then you need to file a transfer petition before the Supreme Court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Your case can be transferred by the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court, but you should have a sound reason to get the case transferred from Delhi to Kota. May be some medical grounds or having small child etc.

yes of course you can file a transfer petition in the supreme court of India to transfer the petition in your residence City under section 25 of the CPC.  clarifies that if you have strong grounds to transfer your case from one Court of State to another Court of state, then you can simply file a transfer petition to Hon'ble Supreme Court.
