U can get the case transferred through Supreme court by filling transfer petition .This will be done straight away in 1 hearing as there are judgements of Supreme Court regarding matrimonial cases where the women contestant on various grounds have sought transfer of their cases .As this 498A case ur evidence is also crucial and that u will not be able to appear frequently to bhopal on that ground ur case will be transfered .Contact me for help.
