Transfer Of Case - For Divorce

I need to get legal advice on how to stop transfer of case from one court to another, as the same is being processed by my In laws

In case you are having apprehension that someone may have file a case against you. Youshould approach to your nearest court and filed the KV it petition there thank you .And if the case has been filed engage a good lawyer

Actually there are different grounds on which you can object for the transfer of case example that the distance is not to large and she is qualified and has in past worked out of state for her or his employment and if you have child to maintain with you then you can say that you have duty towards the child and old aged ailing parents with you to be taken care of

Hello, Either you can go to High Court or Supreme Court depending upon where the two cases are filed for transfer of cases at one place. Or file a Caveat before the respective High Court or Supreme Court so that if any case for transfer is filed you can appear at the stage of Notice only to oppose it. Hope my advise helps you.
