Toxic relationship extramarital affair blackmailed by boyfriend

I have been blackmailed with whom I have extra marital affair. He says if you don't get married to me then I will share pic and video to husband and defame you in your society. He is unmarried and has good Designation in my company

You may send him a legal notice through your counsel calling upon him to stop blackmailing you failing which you will initiate criminal prosecution against him. You may also directly file a criminal complaint against him in a nearest police station.

Hi Good Afternoon, In your case even if you are in the extramarritial affair then also if that person is threatning you to disclose private stuff in society. then it is an punishable offence u/s 292 of ipc. their are other various section of ipc to punish him. for more details and querries for your problem then contact us and visit our website
