Total expenditure and time limit of uncontested got up divorce

Total expendeture including court fees and advocte fees and time limit of uncontested (got up) divorce.I am one of the party(Male)not contested, how much I have to pay?

dear client as per your since you want to proceed for contested divorce as there is no fix fees of the advocate and also there is no fix time it may take 1 year to 10 years depends on the merit of the case...

It's very difficult to ascertain the fees of a Counsel. It varies from a Senior Counsel to a Junior Counsel. You must find a lawyer experienced enough to handle the case instead of searching for fees. Regards
