Torture by husband and forced me to divorce

I was married on 7 april 2025 to my boyfriend. My husband is unemployed however i earn 50k rupees . My husband is a phd scholar and gets JRF of 42k per month.
He is forcing me for divorce from past 4 months.
He calls me and abuses me tortures me on call and says that he wants divorce.
What should I do.
My father is not supporting me.
After divorce i have no home or family to live in.
you can file for protection order under section 12 of the domestic violence act both the parties earn in divorce you have look for property maintenance and custody so file for maintenance you can also file a petition for cruelty
