As you have written in your problem that you have married your lover only which happened on 7th April 2025 and you are a working woman and have been working for 50 per month, your husband also works and is earning 40per month but the differences between your husband and you have increased so much that both of you want to get divorcedThe first thing is that neither of the parties can file a divorce petition before one year. It is very important that one year has passed otherwise your petition will be rejected on the basis of premature petition and if you are upset with your husband's behavior then you can file a complaint against himYou can file cases of domestic violence and dowry harassment and if you are living separately, you can also demand maintenance from him

Dear client I have seen your query carefully and found that your husband wants to end the marriage relationship with you by way of divorce. it is not clear that why your husband wants to end this marriage because you have written that you have married with your boyfriend means it was a love marriage. Now it is better for you to file a police complaint against your husband and his family for dowry demands. you should also file a petition under domestic violence act wherein you may made prayer for right to residence or for alternative residence along with protection order and compensation from your husband. if you want any further information and clarification then contact me without any hesitation
