To meet my child as they are in the custody of father

recently my husband went out with girl for 8 hours,every time he do this and when I take objection he scold me n abuse me so I left his home and I also left my three kids with him so that he can come to take me and say sorry to me but he didn't came because his family is supporting him ,I just want to meet my kids at weekends and on festivals I don't want custody of my kids as I am not financially stable I just want to start meeting my kids as they also want to meet me.

Hello! I can understand how difficult it must be for you. you can take visiting rights from the court. for that you have to hire a advocate so that he file proper petition in the court and praying for visiting rights of children.

You can file for Divorce .I n your divorce petition you can ask fr maintainence and children access. You being a natural guardian for application access cnt be denied.I f your children are minor you can also apply for custody and maintenance of children.
