To know whether I can add more information to my lawyer reply

Hi, My husband sent lawyer notice and I have replied to it stating I will return if you make seperate house but missed to mention about his abuses in whatsap and his physical abuses and threat he had given me over the phone call. Now based on my reply he filed court case, I don't like to go his or seperated house reason being he literally abusive I got proff. My lawyer said now you cannot change the lawyer notice :( is there any other way to update with additional information

You can send One more (additional) reply to his notice. One more solution is sending it through some other lawyer stating that you had given details of abuse and violence to lawyor which were missing in the first reply.
