I'm a hindu woman.. N living separately from my spouse since 1yr..he is the petitioner and I 'm the respondent...i want divorce bt my family members don't so they told my lawer to delay the case.. Bt today i received a notice to show cause.. So i want to know about this order n all the detail process of its hearing..

Which contents mentioned in notice.If application is filed for divorce by your husband.then you can appear in court and contest your case.therefore you have a need to engage Advocate for your case.If your husband want divorce then you can mention into court regarding mutual consent divorce.
