If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce against him. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi, I have carefully perused your issue and it seems to be a very serious one. Will suggest you to seek a detailed legal consultation from a lawyer having expertise into matrimonial laws. You have certain legal remedies available with you , which you can avail. You can file a complaint under domestic violence act besides filing a maintenance petition or in alternative a divorce petition

You can file a divorce petition and also filed a maintenance petition against your husband. And also file a complaint in women cell … if you have a strong proof that your husbnd hand a affair with his brothers wife then it’s a case of Adultry and it’s a ground for divorce . ..

You have grounds for divorce as well as seeking maintenance for children and yourself. Please note that this is a very perfunctory opinion based on the info provided here and a fuller opinion will require detailed discussion.
