To file for mutual divorce but it is just 5 months to my marraige now.

Can I file for mutual divorce after 5 months of my marriage?nWe have been staying separately for 3 months. Is there any particular application given to file the case before the completion of one year of marriage? How can I proceed with the mutual divorce?

no this is not possible.. You have to complete 1 year of your marriage before you seek mutual consent divorce. Wait for another 5 months to file the joint petition. The divorce decree will be granted after 6 months of your filing for divorce

No, you can't get divorce after 3 months of marriage. You have to wait for at least one year to file divorce case against your partner. The waiting period of one year is inevitable even if you both plan to go for mutual consent divorce.

yes u can file for mutual divorce before completion of 1 year of marriage as there is provision for that but most of the advocates are not aware about that if u are staying in Mumbai then I can help u for that.
