Time extension to file appeal during summer vacation

27-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I came to know that my husband has obtained ex parte divorce against me as I had not attended the court 2times after 50 days. So I have applied for the judgement copies at District court as soon as I came to know the matter. Within 90 days I want to go for appeal but there is summer vacation also for the next 30 days. Will these days also counts for 90 days or no sir please let me know.

The days of vacation and the time taken to get the certified copies will be excluded, further there is extention of time by the supreme court due to COVID see the order passed by supreme court on extention of limitation time i think it will help you and your petition will be held that it is within time. you can get the supreme court extention order online search in google.

Dear Madam, We can immediately approach High Court to set aside ex-parte divorce decree. Even during vacation there is possibility of filing appeal to save limitation even otherwise you can claim condonation of delay of 30 days in respect of civil vacation. Earlier is the better.
