Can court grant divorce in contested divorce case within 2 years when husband has applied for divorce?

dear client as per your query since it is contested divorce not mutual divorce it takes time as only one party agrees in it so it depends on the merit of the case as the wife has the left or deserted the husband without any reason and doesn't want to reside then it can be fast...

Contested divorce either grants divorce or dismisses the petition. Usually when the side who has filed the divorce wins the contested part then usually a decree of divorce is granted by the Court on the basis of evidence and witness.
