Threatning for divorce, and snatched my child by my in laws family

On 1st march, my in laws has thrown out me from my house and taken my baby too. I waited for 4 hrs there nobody was allowing me to enter in the house. After that my husband has threat me forcefully to do the sign on legally sepration paper, i denied so he threated me to death. He dint allow me to meet my children, he snatched my phonr too and delted all data so that i can not show any proof to police. I really got threat and my family also get threat if i dont do sign on papers he will kill me.

If the behaviour of your husband and in-laws are intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

first of all have you filed any complaint regarding this in police station. any complaint regarding this in the women cell. your husband wants separation and child custody what you want. whats the reason behind this.

you need to file domestic violence case for his wrong doings against you, after that you nees to file maintenance case for your maintain you daily expenses, After that you will file custody of children ,so that you will get child custody
