This happens in Covid year 2020, my wife left my house and my childrens because i think she had an affair and i got the proof. But she said her father is not well so she needs to go to take care of him. But after 2,3 she filed maintainance case against me. In 2021 she reopened an old DV case against me and my family members (which is a false case) from one court and maintainance from another court. Then i was busy in taking care of my childrens and not able to go to court from gurgaon to meerut, so i just responded and send a letter to court that i wont able to come court, please do a virtual proceeding. Even she is living with his father in agra, but she filed case from meerut. She is involved and working with some MLM type of company but i wont have proof. In past couple of months there is a court's letter came which i wont able to receive. Now court's letter came to my office for maintainance to my boss, asking for some 2/3 rd part of my salary.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that some more factors have to be seen in your query but if you give a detailed reply in dv case and in 125 also as you are looking after your children also then the court will consider these aspects for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
