The person faked his job and identity to marry me

Marriage happened in Bhopal which is both parties hometown...but after marriage when I came to Bangalore I came to know the person I married is not in any job and faked the entire 7 months of courtship to get married...what should I do now ?and how to get divorce ?and how long will it take to be free again?the person also gave a fake payslip to gain our trust before marriage?
This is a Hindu marriage.
you need more grounds or reason than his false information about job to get a divorce for you. you need to decide if besides that or ignoring it still u need a divorce from him. Vishnu he and are you in job ? Are you to living in same accommodation now? what your parents say?

This is both cheating case and invites most serious offences as defined under Indian Penal Code. You can either get mutual divorce or file a suit to declare your marriage as null and void. It is better to go for mutual divorce and get hand full of compensation as alimony if you can file and registered criminal complaint against him.
