dear client as per your query if you will not appear and don't file your written submissions then the party whatever he has filed will be considered as true as inspite of having knowledge about it as notice if received by you and exparte order can be passed for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Hi this have not shared complete details of thought case. Also the stage of the case is also not mentioned. Anurag of your Divorce case is contested divorce then exparte order will happen. in case of mutual Divorce next date will be given.

it is purely discrision of court. In my view nothing will happen if case in admission stage. It will depend on nature of case, case is arising out of criminal or civil matter. You should be present on each date. For further assistance I need to know more about your case.
