The Misguidance of any lawyer in a divorce case

My husband has filed a divorce petition against me through our family lawyer and friend itself. When I have received the summons for attending the case i went to him and asked sir what should I do now you have only filed the divorce case no? So he misguided me that need not to attend the case I'll look into it, I'm your family friend no don't worry and kept the summons also with him only. But now my husband has got ex parte tell me now what petition shall I file against this bloody lawyer? I want him to be punished as he misguided me.

then if court passed the ex parte divorce order then you need to file file appeal high court ethir you need to file mis case in same court then you can file immediately ape you can file one more petition

It is very unfortunate that a liar miss guided you that to your family advocate. Before everything else first you have to larger complaint with bar council against that advocate. Dekhenge Kafi aap Sach Hai complaint without wasting any more time you have to file for setting a side the judgement and for a re trial of the case.

Dear Madam, You can file complaint against such advocate before Bar Council of Karnataka and see that his license to practice is suspended etc. You have to deposit Rs.3,000/- or so before above authority and prepare a petition just like writ petition with all Affidavits of yourself and your witnesses and convince that Authority to issue notice to such Advocate and initiate Domestic Disciplinary Enquiry against him.
