Taking Kids abroad Post divorce.

09-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have court decree of mutual divorce. I have custody of my 2 kids. I wish to take my kids abroad for vacation. In the decree my ex-spouse has mentioned that I need to seek her consent if I need to take kids abroad. Is there is a formal process I need to undergo to ensure local Immigration in India doest stop me?

What is the game of your kids? What are all the conditions mentioned in the agreement signed for getting mutual divorce before the court? Is it something that your wife would be meeting the kids once a week or etc or is it only that you got to take her permission for taking kids.

Well, local immigration won't be a problem for you. You can take your kids to abroad without the permission of your Hubby, but, on returning back, Contempt of Court Case will be filed against you + Case of Perjury too + You can lose the Custody of your two children too for going against the terms and conditions as laid down by the Court in its order.
