Surety bail taken for 498A Charged by my wife but lawyer did not provide any documents related to bail taken, do we get any from lawyer or court ....

If surety bail was granted in a 498A case, you are entitled to receive a copy of the bail order from the court where the bail was granted. The court maintains records of all such orders. You can apply for a certified copy of the bail order through the court registry. If your lawyer has not provided you any documents, you may directly approach the court or engage a different advocate to assist with getting certified copies. It is your legal right to obtain all documents related to your bail.

sir your lawyer will provide a copy of the order to you. also sir you can check on the ecourts app. if the bail order is uploaded there you can download it, if it is not uploaded you can contact the court staff in the court room and ask them if any order is ready regarding your bail, if the staff says yes then you can apply for the certified copy of the order. also you can ask the staff to see the order. also ask the staff if they are going to upload it if he says yes then you can download it from the ecourts application.

Yes, you can obtain all documents from the court file itself by filing a certified copy application in the court office dept. You will have to mention the exact date or description of the document that you require. in case you require any further legal assistance you may contact me.
