Few days back I and my wife have a fight and got physical (both of us). But she filed police compliant for domestic violence . As per Police she was sent for medical . Later she withdraw complaint .She was forcing me to handover our 4.5 year old Boy to her –which I refused . Police also forced me to handover but after my unacceptance police told that this will be decided by court. On the same day she took all cloths/jewellery and went to her parents home.My questions are as per below : - n1. What to do next ??n2. Can She directly take the boy from school without informing us ?? if yes what should we do.3. What precautionary measure should I take to avoid future consequences?

In your case you should send notice under section 9 for restitution of conjugal right, and should apply for official custody of son from the court. one you get order for official custody from the court then she will not able take your son from you. thankyou Advocate Ranjeet Sonker
