Suggestion for child custdy.husband always doubts and mentaly haras me

Sir I am a housewife. My husband always doubts me for everything.. he is a narcissist person. I am 6 weeks pregnant but he is not accepting that the baby is his.. so I came to my mother's place. I have a 4 years old child. I am afraid he may take the child away from me. But I now am in such condition that presently I cannot apply for child custody case. Sir what should I do? Please help

I received an enquiry from you for your legal issue. If your child is of 5 years you will get the child custody ordinarily. You can file for judicial separation wherein you will be heard by the District Court and if you fulfill the criteria’s led down by the law child cannot be separated by you.
