You should act promptly and seek a detailed advise from a lawyer having expertise in matrimonial laws. After going through the contents of your query we would advise you as follows that wife is an absolute owner of the streedhan. Gifts given in marriage to her by her parents and relatives, gifts given by your side be it be on marriage, reception, birthdays etc will be hers only. You can retain gifts given to you by her family and friends . item no 4

Above noted query only the things given to you is not streedhan that's only gift. All the things received from her parents and her relatives and her friends all are streedhan. The things that received by your relatives is also streedhan .Things that are for common use like furniture ac fridge all are streedhan but if there is a objection she should produce receipt. Hope I clear ur views regarding streedhan .streedhan section under 406 is non bailable and 3 years imprisonmentment.
