Strange wife live-in relationship and Maintenance

After 4 years of fighting false cases, she decide agreed for mutual divorce I fully filled all my point of MOU except one which is name deletion of mine from 1 bhk . Because she is not withdrawing false case of 498a, 323, 325. These case were filled after 9 months of separation. My question is one month ago she visited Thailand with her boyfriend or live-in partner. I have only one her alone photo in Thailand and her conversations screen print in which her two sister greeting her for anniversary when she was in Thailand visit. I took these screen print from my daughter( 15 years) mobile phone.I have been paying 15k per month only to my strange wife. All daughter expenses bore by me only except those 15 k. Daughter lives only for 2 days a week with me.I step I can take only that above mentioned little proofs.

apka mutual divorce petition file ho gaya h ya nahi sabse pahle ap ye bataye agar mutual divorce file ho gaya hai to apne 498a etc cases ke withdrawn karne liye apne highcourt m petition file kiya h ya nahi ap apni wife ko 15 k monthly pay karte hai to ap in sab evidence ke saath revision file kar ke court se relief le sakte hai taki ap 15k nahi dene pade
