Dear Madam You can continue to stay in your husband's House till divorce decree is passed by the High Court. In the meanwhile you may file DV Case and get restraint order to continue your stay in his house. Nothing to worry. The laws are in your favour.

At this stage when one stays on 1ks and appeal is on another case you cannot be evvicted from your husbands house either by police are by Court. I believe your advocate my tab advised you like this. you have not stated if you have children.
