Spouse name removal from passport

I need to remove spouse name from passport and we are separated but I don't have divorce certificate, I just have 100Rs. Stamp paper signed by her. And now she is not in a contact and I don't think she will agree to sign the mutual consent divorce. What should I do?
you have to bring your spouse before the court and need to get a divorce, stamp paper and affidavit not works before governmental authorities so discuss with a lawyer and file a divorce case, even with your spouse to cooperate with the procedures

Without court decree you cannot get it remived. The alternative is to file divorce case and get ex parte decree against her. Thus you can remove her name from all records. On mere stamp paper divorce cannot happen.
