Speedy disposal of divorce case

Dear sir/madam,
Wife went to delivery to her parents house. She didn't come back,(3years of separation).we have filled RCR and done execution of RCR also, after a year we have filed divorce petition. Meditation is also done, but she refused to come back.. now purposefully they are making delay, from last 3 dates they haven't filed objection. In future also they'll be make delay in the case.. is it possible to take speedy disposal of case from high court?if, yes please help I'm ready to fi case
Dear Sir,
The circulars says that family cases to be disposed of within 12 months. You may file a writ petition and get a direction to dispose the case within next four months. In many cases no body approach the high Court for getting an order/direction to the family court for early disposal. You may try for it and succeed.

when you filed divorce case ? when was the last date given in family court ? if the next date has gone for a longer time then you can file a case in High Court for directing the family court for a speedy disposal.
