Speed Up Mutual Divorce Case Within 18 Months.

13-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)

Marriage Registration date: 11.12.2020. Mutual divorce fining date: 18.12.202. Next hearing date: 25.05.2022. Is there any possibility of reducing the cooling period in my case? Please help us in getting divorce early.

yes it is possible once you have to wive of of your cooling periods one I A file it In court and take wive of cooling period and mention strong reason in wive of colling period other wise court not make cooling period weive of if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Yes, you can. The Hon’ble Supreme Court has recently ruled that the said period of 6 months can be waived on a case to case basis. In this regard, you can file a necessary application to waive off the cooling off period. Do let me know how I can assist further.

You can apply for Waiver of the cooling period if you satisfy the conditions. A few of these conditions are: (1) providing evidence that both parties have been residing separately for at least or more than 18 months. (2) There is no scope of reunion.
