Special marriage act vs hindu marriage act

If marriage is done by as per hindu marriage act and rituals, is it possible to get divorce as per special marriage act as both ingredients are same for solmnization of marriage

No , it is not at possible in india to get married under one act and revoke the marriage under different acts because it against the principal of rule of law. You have to get divorce under Hindu Marriage Act only

Even if the ingredients seem to be the same for the marriage the divorce will be governed by the law under which the marriage took place and also according to the respective husband and the wife. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

It is not usually possible to obtain a divorce under the special marriage act if the marriage is conducted under special marriage act typically used for marriage that not conducted under any religious personal laws consult us for ways to divorce in this situation
