i had a son of 10 months need to separation from my husband we are staying in same house can i apply for Divorce and how much would it cost me

given the son is of 10 months of age the courts will be inclined in all probability to grant you guardianship right and child custody as well for the time being. it is possible to apply for divorce even staying at matrimonial home if the cause for filing divorce is otherwise satisfied. finally it is recommended to go for a mutual divorce which is not only less acrimonious but also faster and efficient remedy. now cost it would depends on each lawyer and if I am to disclose my charges it would be 20K for drafting and filing and 2.5K per appearance.
