So I don't want to give divorce because I have 9year daughter my mother in law sister in law they making both of sperat they are asking write a letter you and your husband don't have any relationship like that if I file case in future I will get court divorce

okay I understand your questions so now your husband sent legal notice to you right and you have a girl child and your inlaws saported to your husband to made saparation right so you have to give a replay notice to him then when he filed a divorce you have to file RCR case if you want your husband so if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Madam, In future if you file divorce you can get it on the various grounds along with alimony. In the meanwhile you may file Domestic Violence and Maintenance case. You cannot file Domestic Violence after expiry of one year from the date of separation.
