Sister Maariage( Her Husband Wants To Divorce Stating Silly Reasons)

My sister wants to continue her marriage but her husband wants to give divorce and trying to do second marriage. Now what is the procedure if the sister husband go for second marriage without divorce? Can we give police complaint.
No need to panic. Your sister's husband cannot go for second marriage without dissolving the first marriage. Even if he marries the second marriage is invalid. You cannot give a police complaint based on assumption. Better thing will be to send legal notice to your sister's husband asking him to accept your sister and lead the family together.
