sir please suggest me about restitution of conjugal rights

good after noon sir my name is Manjunath Reddy ,i married on 2019 ,no children, even after marriage also i supported my wife for her studies ,final year she told college trip organized and she has taken 10000 from me for 4 days trip, after she returning from trip i came to know there is no trip organized by college she went with boyfriend, i became angry told to my wife its wrong next time not to do like that , when i was not in home very next day she left my house,6 months over till now she is

Hi,if your wife has left the matrimonial house with any reason and any cause and you are deprive of your matrimonial rights then you can file the restitution of conjugal right through family court. If you believe that she has established any relation out of marriage but again you condoned her.

1. you have to lodge the missing complaint and adultery case against your wife in police station. 2. you can file the case before the family court. 3. you can file the case before the court also against your wife for adultery and missing
