apki shadi 2017 me hui thi but apki date of bi birth jo aap ki wife ghar mein acche se nahin rahti aur aapka case bhi chal raha hai section 9 bhi aapane Dala hua hai age 21 bhi nahin thi kya yah shaadi invalid ho jayegi ya nahin iske liye mujhe aapse case karna hoga

Voidable marriage hai. Court jana padega marriage ko void declare Karane ke liye. Section 9 ko majbooti SE ladiye aur sath hi naya dawa dakhil kariye marriage ko void declare karane ke liye. Pls feel free to get in touch for further help

pahle ye bataye ki ap apni wife se divorce chahte h ya nahi baat rahi shaadi valid h ya nahi uska fasla court karegi ek taraf ap shaadi invalid karvana chahte h or dusri taraf apne section 9 petition kyu file ki hui h
