Since one year I filed my divorce case still there is no movement in my case coz of covid..when Court ll function normal? So many divorce cases are pending many women's like me are struggling mentally and financially. My husband took this as very advantage he living happily with his new wife..delayed justice is always injustice.
I can understand your frustration. But in this pandemic situation no one can be blamed. All are at risk. If there is some emergency you can always ask your lawyer to approach the court to take up your case. Otherwise it will be taken up once courts start routine function.
