Since my15 years of marriage iam going through a lot of issues between inlaws and my husband, which led to the discision of me choosing ivf treatment .. finally succeeded n I gave birth to my son. I tolerated all their mental tortures only for my son's sake,thinking my son should get the love of both his parents ..and i never thought of separating from my husband instead I always tried to adjust with the family..hoping that one day my husband would change for better which has not happened.

Now that you have known and understood about your scenario in the marital relationship it is for you to decide on how to proceed further. Against the mental and physical harassment you can file a domestic violence case against all those involved and for further reliefs as to maintenance, residence, restraint, etc. If you do not want to continue with the marital relationship you can file a petition for divorce.

yes. most likely you will get Custody of your minor child. you need to make sure that when you move out of your husband's residence, you take your child along with you. initially you may have to depend totally on your own finances for maintenance of yourself and your child. if you are willing to file a case and see it through, you will have Custody and he will have visitation rights
