Should I file 125 section for maintenance or domestic violence case?

I am Hindu.My husband has taken hold of all my earnings and I am left with no money. I have a child and he is not ready to pay maintenance too. Should I register for domestic violence based on financial abuse or should I first try to apply for maintenance through 125 section?

Dear Madam Go for simple application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C where in you may get interim maintenance for yourself and your daughter very easily. First your husband's income sources and get file the case immediately and see that you can enjoy at his financial ciost. For filing you may keep in mind our office in MALLESWARAM. Thank you Madam.

you can do both whichever first as per your convenience or choice filing one of these will not debar you from filing another. my suggestion is you better file under 125 cr.p.c first as it is a quick remedy and takes less time to file.
