you have to file assets and liabilities statement at the time of filing the maintenance or even after the maintenance application filed but before passing the order of maintenance. income of the parties is very much required to grant maintenance

Dear Madam, You must file assets and liabilities statements as prescribed by Supreme Court to get immediate interim maintenance. You must disclose with documentary evidence of your husband to show that his income is more than your income and able to pay interim maintenance. If you hide your income then there is every possibility of reducing the interim maintenance at a later stage.
